Stella Maris Staging + Design is a home staging and design company with a passion for excellence. Meet the Team
Heidi Vincent
Heidi is an HSR certified Home Stager. Heidi's love of staging stems from helping friends and family members prepare their homes for the market. She decided to make a business out of it in 2019 when she founded her original home staging business. Heidi has completed multiple Interior Design courses from Des Moines Area Community College to continue learning about the ever-changing trends in design. Her personal favorite design trend is modern rustic. Heidi and her husband, Jared, live in Ankeny, where she is constantly sneaking décor out of her own home to use in staging projects; making vacation plans to Florida, wine country, Cabo or anywhere warm; following all things Iowa State, but mostly being mom and stepmom to their six children.
Laura Cook
Laura fell in love with home designs spending time with her dad at HomeShows as a child. They moved often because of her dad's career. Having lived in the South, on both coasts, and now in Iowa for the past 17 years, Laura appreciates working with multiple styles, though her personal style always leans towards classic and timeless. Throughout the years, Laura has done design work on the side, so partnering with Heidi to form Stella Maris Staging + Design was a natural next step. Laura also works as a Consultant closing loans, so she has the unique perspective of seeing both the start and finish of the home buying process. When not working, Laura enjoys time with her three girls, friends and family, preferably outside in the sun when the weather is nice. Once it's chilly, you will likely find her hibernating inside cooking, watching football and playing games until it's warm and sunny again!
